Please note that we require the following commitments from our participants:
- Active participation in class discussions and in group exercises.
- Proficient business English communication skills (at least level B2 in the European reference language framework).
- Various real-life business cases will be used throughout our programs. Prior to attending our classes, you’ll be asked to prepare these case studies and complete some homework. Our cases are chosen from various industries and competitive situations.
- Work on off-class assignments.

Remote attendance: Advanced features such as the whiteboard software Miro guarantee an efficient and motivating learning environment. If required, technical support is at your disposal.
On-site attendance: ICI runs events in many global business locations. Our main venue resides in Butzbach, Germany - a professional training center (including a hotel) with a special historical flair. The seclusion of the location promises a concentrated education experience and intensive networking with other workshop participants.
