The Institute for Competitive Intelligence is certified by TÜV NORD in accordance with DIN ISO 29990:2010!

The ICI is proud to be certified since October 12, 2015 with ISO 29990:2010.

This ISO is specifically for international providers of education and training services and it is roughly equivalent to the quality standard ISO 9001 for manufacturing companies. During the implementation process of the requirements of the ISO 29990, the ICI was supported by the GRADAN GmbH. All processes of the ICI were intensively analyzed, to be prepared for the certification. “The quality of the learning services of the ICI can be seen in every process and that is why the achieved certification is absolutely deserved”, states Daniel Graf, CEO of the GRADAN GmbH."With this certification, we extend our previous German certification considerably," said ICI Director Michaeli. "Especially for our numerous international workshops and co-operations we rely on quality management. This successful certification once again will manifest our high quality standards."

The certification audit has been performed from TÜV Nord, an accredited, internationally operating service provider, which grants all kinds of safety products and services. TÜV auditor Jörn Büßen stated that the Institute for Competitive Intelligence showed an effective management system, and clearly structured core processes that are lived and continuously improved by ICI’s employees.
