Webcast: How to create an effective CI/MI culture
A discussion based on the outcomes of the book "The Winning Culture: Lessons from the Indian Army to Transform Your Business" by Maj Gen Neeraj Bali
THE BOOK
What makes some businesses and organizations more successful than others? Numerous factors create successful outcomes – but above all is the organisation's culture.
The book's theme is the powerful impact of organisational culture on the success of any business – indeed, any organisation. The book points out why the collective behaviour of the team members of one organisation differs – often starkly so – from others.
Since its release, the book has achieved critical acclaim. It has been on Amazon’s bestseller list for business books (between #1 and#8) for the past four months.
Key Topics:
- How the Army’s culture differs from the business environment and why it is relevant and applicable to the business world.
- What are the key factors that contribute to the high performance and resilience of your staff.
- How to deal with uncertainty and ambiguity in a complex and dynamic world
- Best practices and strategies to transform your organisation’s culture and align it with your CI/MI goals
