ISO Certification

In 2005, the Institute for Competitive Intelligence introduced a rigid quality management system to ensure the top-quality of our workshop offering. Since then, we have constantly evolved and improved our quality management, we continually arrange external quality audits and seek certification.

Recently (September 2018), we became recertified by TÜV Rheinland according to ISO 29990. Two external auditors looked into every little detail of our quality management for more than a full day and checked our processes and documentation.
