For the Franke Kitchen Systems Group‘s Headquarters, located in Aarburg, Switzerland, we are looking for a: MARKET INTELLIGENCE ANALYST Your Challenge
* Market Analysis - market sizing, sales territory alignment and optimization with development of market opportunity models * Cross-sell Analysis - Develop customer and product relationships models, identify targets for campaigns, and create division product heat maps and scorecards * Customer Intelligence - Provide in-depth analysis of customer penetration metrics, share of wallet and top customer analysis * Responsible for delivering strategic market intelligence with the coordination of the required resources (internal and external) * Communication with internal and external customers and vendors on marketing/sales strategies and customer behaviors * Interprets results of analyses, identifies trends and issues, and recommends alternatives to support business objectives * Communicates with and delivers presentations to internal team and cross-functional teams on analyses and interprets results to make strong business recommendations.
Your Background and Experience
* Bachelor’s degree or equivalent - focus on Marketing, Economics or Statistics * 5+ years experience in a similar role within international marketing and sales organisations * Research or Database Marketing capacity * Proficient in English and German, any other language is an asset * Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Access, Word, and PowerPoint * Experience working with large and complex databases * Excellent analytical skills both quantitative & qualitative; ability to translate data to strategic advice * Entrepreneurial spirit; ability to take the initiative to accomplish tough tasks * Must be detail-oriented and very organized with the ability to multi-task
